    • No parties, events, gatherings

    • Check-in is at 4PM and check out by 10AM

    • Self check-in with keypad

    • Guests MUST be 21 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult

    • Host will provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex and dishwasher detergent. Any additional items must be provided by Guest.

    • No grease and/or oil down any sinks. Wait until pan is cooled and wipe with a paper towel before rinsing in sink.

    • Only toilet paper can be put in the toilets.  (NO "flushable" wipes, diapers, feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, cleaning wipes, paper towels, tissues, trash of any kind).

    • Please promptly clean up any spills.

    • We provide Smart TV’s for your enjoyment.  Guest(s) are welcome to use their personal login for Netflix, Hulu, etc.  It is Guest’s responsibility to log out of all accounts before leaving.  Host is not responsible for any purchases made through your accounts.

    • Guest(s) should not participate in film or photography that is intended for commercial use or profit, without documented permission from Host.

    • Please be respectful of the neighbors and reduce noise volume between 10PM & 8AM

    • Fireplace and candles are decorative only. No open flames allowed on property at any time.
